Active Rest now offers Bush Teas - inspired by the land and steeped in culture and tradition. We've partnered with Adnyamathanha family from Wadna - Kristian and Gaby Coulthard, to create a small-batch collaborative tea exclusively for our community.  

Our Limited Edition Active Rest x Wadna loose-leaf tea combines the powerful natural ingredients of;

Native Lemongrass and 'Nunji flower & Honey bush (Emu Bush)' - to relax the body and calm the mind.

Both the Lemongrass and Emu Bush plants are found growing natively on Adnyamathanha Yura, and are integral to local cultural medicines and brews. Use our tea for a simple, grounding ritual that invites you to slow down and savour the moment - just like on retreat. On every retreat, we brew this tea to enjoy on bushwalks and during our morning sunrise meditations. It’s the perfect way to connect to Country, self and soothe the body-mind.
