Sarah and Elise from Active Rest Retreats are passionate about helping women to embody wellness and self-healing tools, making them accessible for everyday life. 

The Wilpena Women's Weekend is an all-inclusive package that brings you all of their favourite things, combining luxurious and heated glamping safari tent accommodation, nourishing restaurant prepared meals, yoga, meditation, breathwork, bushwalking and cultural experiences on Adnyamathanha Country at the ancient Ikara - Flinders Ranges National Park. This weekend will leave you feeling connected, restored and transformed, with a deeper sense of place and belonging, on Country and in life.

INCLUDED in your 4 day experience:

  • Nourishing food and drinks (4x lunches, 3x restaurant dinners, 3x breakfasts, + treats!).

  • Transport from Adelaide and return.

  • 3 nights stay in heated “glamping” ensuite safari tents. Single or twin-share options both available.

  • Daily yoga, breathwork + meditation classes with your qualified instructor, Sarah Hayes.

  • Breath + rest workshop

  • Guided bushwalks (duration and location will depend on the group and the conditions, but they will ALL be stunning!) with your qualified guide, Elise Lavers.

  • 2hour Yura Mulka Sacred Canyon tour with local Adnyamathanha guide
